2. The needed custom measurement forms are on my website under the drop-down menu Shop and then Custom.
3. Once these forms are complete, you can fax 815 364 2781 or email theresa@thecompression closet.com 
4. When I have a completed form, I can give the therapist or patient a quote and place the order. (usually, same day, if not then the next)
5. Before I place the order, I go over the form to make sure all the requirements are filled in and may make suggestions of options I find work well for individual garments. 
6. I will place the order that day if I have everything I need.
7. I can consult with you over the phone, text 815 342 0370, and email if you have questions about measuring or filling out forms. 
8. I have also consulted with therapists via Facebook Messenger and Zoom when needed.
