Did you know that “Thank Your Customer” week is the first week of January? I just discovered this and felt it was the perfect time to thank all of you for your steadfast support of me and my business. So much has changed since I began this business seven years ago, Covid being the main factor. But not only has the company grown and evolved, but so have I, and for that, I am eternally grateful.
COMPETITION OUT THERE
There are a lot of other websites out there that sell compression garments for you to choose from. However, the fact that you have selected The Compression Closet and continue to use our services means the world to me. We strive to provide the best customer service possible. To work with our therapists and their patients to provide them with the best possible garments for their condition as well as their lifestyle.
NO FEAR RETURN POLICY
Dealing with a chronic condition such as lymphedema and lipedema can be challenging, and worrying about getting a suitable garment should not be part of that challenge. Therefore we have a 30-day return policy to ensure you have no fear of being stuck with garments you cannot use or do not want. Working with your therapists and getting feedback about different garments also helps us to provide the best possible compression garments for lymphedema and lipedema.
CONTINUALLY UPDATING INVENTORY
This feedback from you and your therapists helps us update our inventory with the latest and greatest industry offers. The Compression Closet is a work in progress, and we are always open to new ways to improve our collection of compression garments for the lymphedema condition. For example, I recently obtained an account with the Bioflect company and will soon add their product to our lineup of products. Bioflect is a garment similar to Solidea but offers larger sizing to accommodate a broader range of people. One of my therapists uses this garment frequently and suggested I add it to my lineup. If you have any product that you have found particularly helpful for lymphedema, let us know. We would be happy to look into it and see if it is also a good fit for The Compression Closet.
