Description
SIGVARIS COMPREFLEX CALF
Sigvaris CompreFlex Calf makes compression easy! This compression wrap is one of the most effortless garments to don and doff. It is also one of our best sellers and is loved by patients and therapists. The CompreFlex has an inner elastic sleeve to hold the wrap in place so that it does not slip while you adjust the Velcro straps. In addition, the anatomical design of the garment prevents gaps from forming between each strap, creating more comfortable and effective compression.
This wrap is a short stretch compression garment with high working pressure, which helps move fluid out of the affected limb. Therefore, this garment can be used in lymphedema treatment’s decongestion or maintenance phase. Furthermore, the CompreFlex is an excellent compression garment for those suffering from poor circulation or for wound care.
VELCRO CLOSURES
Sigvaris uses high-quality Velcro to give this garment durability and reliability. Staps may need adjusting throughout the day, but that is a good sign! It means fluid is moving out of the affected limb. This Velcro allows for easy adjustment of the garments straps as the lymph fluid moves out of the affected leg and causes fluctuation in size.
BENEFITS OF COMPREFLEX
The Sigvarais CompreFlex Calf is a low-profile garment, making it easy to fit under your clothing. As a result, it is both lightweight and comfortable to wear. In addition, CompreFlex also provides an inner elastic sleeve to hold the garment in place while donning and doffing. This sleeve makes it so easy to don and doff. CompreFlex is perfect for those who may have trouble with a traditional compression stocking due to the inability to don and doff.
LINERS
The Sigvaris CompreFlex garment comes with either a transition or complete liners. The transition liners give you compression for the foot and ankle, while the rest of the stocking serves as a liner under the wrap garment. In comparison, the complete liner has mild compression throughout the liner and can be worn with the wrap or by itself. If these liners do not provide enough compression for your foot, you might try the Sigvaris CompreBoot.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Care and maintenance of your Sigvaris CompreFlex are simple:
- First, be sure to close all the Velcro tabs.
- Place your garment in a mesh laundry bag to protect it. Then you can machine wash on the gentle cycle with cold water.
- Tumble dry on a low heat setting or hang to dry.
Do not use bleach, chlorine, fabric softeners, or other laundry additives.
When Velcro no longer adheres sufficiently, it will be time to replace this garment.

When my therapist first recommended this garment to me I thought that it would be stiff and uncomfortable. However the CompreFlex is so comfortable that I wear it ever day without fail. It is also very effective as I am purchasing a full size smaller than the first one I bought a year ago. I also purchased extra liners so that I wouldn’t have to do laundry so often. Very comfortable and effective! Mary M.

My husband has been using Sigvaris Compreflex for about two years now and we are both very happy with the product. Theresa Sonneville from The Compression Closet and our lymphodermist therapist have been instrumental in guiding us in finding the right garment to suit my husband’s needs. Sandy M.

I am a returning customer and will be again in the future. Just ordered a new pair of the Sigvaris CompreFLEX liners with complete liners this time. I am sure my wife will like the replacement liners and the new socks. The doctors tell us she will have to wear these compression socks the rest of her life due to the extreme Lymphedema in both of her legs. These compression units are very easy to put on (don’t forget to read the directions for putting on the socks, very important information). Compared to previous compression socks, so much easier and more beneficial. Howard Meyer
