NEW NIGHTTIME GARMENTS
The Compression Closet is adding two new Tribute Wrap garments to their collection of nighttime garments. The Tribute Wrap MCP-Axilla and the Tribute Wrap Knee/Thigh. Both of these garments provide more significant coverage. For example, you will have coverage from your toes to your groin when using the Tribute Wrap Bellow Knee in combination with the Tribute Wrap Knee/Thigh piece. Likewise, the Tribute Wrap MCP-Axilla provides coverage from your fingertips to your Axilla. Therefore you will not need a separate handpiece.
Compression garments with foam chips are nighttime garments that provide a gentle lymphatic massage all night long. The foam pressed into the affected area creates tissue stretch and pressure differentials. This encourages the re-absorption of lymphatic fluid and helps move your lymph fluid. Many of these garments are custom-made and can be pretty expensive. However, L&R wants all their customers to be able to obtain high-quality, effective nighttime compression garments.
L&R TRIBUTE WRAP
TributeWrap, consisting of a wrap garment and a chip sleeve. This garment also has an outside cover that helps push the foam chips into the affected area. The cover also protects the Velcro tabs from pulling up at night while you sleep. In addition, the wrap part of this garment gives you the benefit of adjusting the garment as the limb reduces and changes size, giving you a custom-like fit.
Furthermore, the Tribute Wrap supports easy self-management of lymphedema and edema during low activity by comfortably adjusting to your patient’s unique shape and lifestyle. The benefit of this garment is that it helps to maintain gains made during therapy while allowing the flexibility to support further reduction.
Tribute Wrap is extremely easy to use; slide it on, adjust the straps, and cover it with Sleep Sleeve for a comfortable experience. It also has easy-to-use finger grips to adjust the garment as needed. In addition, Chevron channeling provides MLD principles of directing lymphatic fluid effectively. Sleeping with your Tribute Wrap is like getting a lymphatic massage all night while you sleep. It’s an effective and valuable tool to have in your toolbox to manage your lymphedema.

“In the morning, I took it off and couldn’t believe the difference!
I wondered if this was a fluke, but I’ve noticed the same
results every morning! This is outstanding! It is easier
to put on my daytime flat knit garments, and my legs have less
fatigue throughout the day. I am convinced Tribute Wrap does
make a significant difference!”
