1. What do you charge for shipping?
The Compression Closet will cover standard shipping fees for orders over $25! Most products will ship the same day and should arrive within the week. (Please note: we only ship to the continental USA.)
2. Do you bill insurance?
The Compression Closet was designed for those needing compression without insurance or very little coverage. You may submit your receipt and doctor’s prescription to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
3. What if I am not happy with my garment?
No Fear Return Policy! Our goal at The Compression Closet is to help you receive the correct compression garments the first time! With the help of the excellent therapist we work with, we do not have many requests for returns. However, sometimes garments do not work, and we will happily exchange or reimburse payment for such garments within the first 30 days of purchase. Within 30 days, we believe you will know whether or not the garment will work for you.
We cannot take returns on special orders, including seasonal colors or prints. We also cannot accept returns on custom garments; however, they can be remade.
Please get in touch with us at 815-342-0370 if you wish to return a garment. We will provide a shipping label to you for ease of returns!
4. I cannot access the internet; can I still order?
We understand that some of our customers might not have access to the internet or do not want to share credit card information on the website. If this is the case, please call and order at 815-342-0370. You will either need your SKU# from your therapist or measurements so that we may assist you in purchasing the correct size and garment.
5. What if I do not find the product I seek?
The Compression Closet has narrowed the number of garments down to those we feel work best for most people dealing with lymphedema. However, we can order any product from any manufacturer listed on the site. We would be happy to assist you to find your desired product; call to order with the necessary size and style information.
6. Do I have to work with a therapist or doctor to purchase garments?
Although you are not required to work with a medical professional to order compression garments, we highly recommend that you do. A medical professional can best access the type of garment and the compression level best suited to your needs. We are professional fitters at The Compression Closet, not medical professionals, and we will refer you to your medical professional for recommendations.
